Tracking your own offers with trackers like Volumm – do pixels work like postbacks?

I have one question about using trackers like Voluum (and not just voluum, but any tracker like binom, etc.)

This link https://doc.voluum.com/en/proprietary_offer.html shows that you can use a tracking pixel.

However, can tracking pixels pass back not only conversion info but ALSO info about ad zones and other stats like site ids, campaign ids, geos, tags, etc. (similar to how postback URLs can send all that info back to the tracking network and ad network?)

Or do pixels only send back info ...
