Question About Something I Repeatedly See on Facebook Landing Pages

Delving into the world of Facebook ads. Trying to be patient while I warm up my Business Manager and not run conversion campaigns too quickly

Getting bombarded with ads in my vertical (this is on purpose, as I am trying to spy). What I keep seeing over and over is, when I click thru to the lander, another page will flash very briefly before the actual lander comes up
