Adnow campaign testing

So I have been running native with adnow for a month, I’ve found several offers from adcombo that perform decent. But whenever I make any tiny change it just fucks up the algorithm and then it’s so hard to get a single sale, I’ve tried just creating a brand new campaign but still isn’t the same conversion rate I was seeing before.
