Hi All,
Not sure if this is the right section, but I wanted to share a simple tool I use on my pomodo breaks, or when I feel like smashing my computer for whatever reason (usually dealing with employees), it’ll do wonders for your sanity.
It’s called Calm.com, and it allows you to take a break for 2/5/10 minutes for meditation, guided or not, with different background videos and music.
It really helps me restart my brain after a few hours of work, and get back to it as if I had just started. ...
