Need an Ecom site built out for local supplement company.

I am looking to have a site built out for a brick and mortar supplement store I will be opening in the US. I want to offer many of the same products as GNC, nutrishop, and will want to offer free same day delivery for residents in a specific area if they order before a certain time. If there is anyone here or if anyone has someone I can speak to about designing and building the site out for me I would greatly appreciate it. eventually looking to develop an app as well!
