Does anyone know of a way to change thumbnails on Facebook all at once per campaign instead of going in to each ad one by one and manually doing it. If I have 1 campaign and 50 dupes I can just do one ad first change that thumbnail and then dupe it. But I was wondering if there is a way to bulk change them after I duped them.
