GuruMedia says reason is confidential – Help

Recently, I submitted an application to join the GuruMedia platform. After providing them with a compelling evidence, my application was approved. However, an unexpected turn of events occurred yesterday. They requested additional verification which to my surprise led to my application being rejected. They said that the specific reason is confidential. This left me somewhat unsettled. Does anyone else has had a similar experience during the application process with GuruMedia.
