Can you run vertical X, Y or Z on Meta/FB

Quite often I see the question being raised, “can one promote a certain vertical on Meta/FB without getting banned?”. It’s obvious they don’t like certain offers and most of them for the right reason. You can read the terms & conditions multiple times and still hit bans regurarly.
