Iv’e been a gym rat, mainly powerlifting, for many years now.
Are there any more powerlifters here? (or serious gym rats?).

Write up your squat/deadlift/bench weights, and your body weight. For me:

Squat: 350lbs for 5×5
DL: 410lbs for 5×3
Bench: 250lbs for 5×5

These are working weights, not RMs. I’m pretty small/weak compared to what I used to be … but going up again 😎
