Cloaking needed on MGID?

i actually have $98 left in my MGID account from my previous failed campaign and i am thinking to run a skincare product in Hungary.
becuase terraleads payout is at $50 and i have $48 in sales.
(and bcz i am following the 40 day by vortex and getting bored cause the aff networks take a little time)

the landing page the aff network provides (looks really good) is not the most compliant, so do it need to use a cloaker or can i just do LP change after my Champaign is approved?
