From Solo Affiliate to Building a Team of VAs

Since I left my 9 to 5 job a month ago, I’m spending 10-12 hours a day including weekends doing AM.

It is going well (6 figures monthly revenue), but it’s clear to me that this is not sustainable (I’m 45 with 4 kids…) and not healthy (although I do enjoy it).

So, I’ve started thinking about designing a system and potentially delegate some of the work to VAs/freelancers.

Having read books such as Rocket Fuel ...
