What works best with Facebook?

So here is the thing, I’ve been running Facebook Ads for over a year now and I get really good at it, I can achieve over 20% CTR and less than 2 cents a click for any topic, including US traffic. This is after careful targeting from their insights tool and testing.

Problem is I always get my accounts close once I start spending more than $50 a day for “policy violation” so I wanna ask, what works well with Facebook? Something that won’t ban my account?
