What does it really take?

Hi all, I’m relatively new to STM not new to AM. My question might be a bit odd but I can’t help but wonder… What does it really take to be a winner.

We’re all hard workers, many bright people on STM all can read and follow instructions. What really one should do in order to succeed. Is it our creativity that makes us stand out? when making up angles or ability to create cool banners and landers?

Besides test test test test and test.
