REQUEST: How about a LP guide?

Hey

I have been struggling with creating landing pages that have a high CTR and CR. The highest CTR I have been able to achieve is 10%. I see affs posting here that they are getting 30%,40%+ easily. I would be very grateful if someone could post a mini guide or some sort. Maybe it has been done already, I just can’t find it among the hundreds of threads 🙂
