Its just money but this is a rather big one

Affiliate Window is not going to pay us for 154,000$ that we made by delivering +10,900 sales for Booking.com US/CA.

Their reason?
One of our +300 subaffiliates got caught breaking the rules (he was brandbidding and generated the full 50 conversions), therefore Affiliate Window is now hiding itself behind a small clause in its T&C in order to deny the ENTIRE payment.
