Passing variables through a redirect problem

I’m having the toughest time figuring this out. I need to pass a variable to the next page on this AUTO REDIRECT page. It works on pages where I use a form but unfortunately this page doesn’t because what I need it to do is create a delay of 2500 then auto redirect to the next page passing a variable.
