Just in case you miss their very small notice: “Effective June 17, 2011, minimum bid levels for all NEW targets will change to $0.011 for Display Advertisements and $0.17 for TextLink Advertisements” Won’t affect US by a whole lot but it looks like they are doing the same for INTL, which sucks.
