hello,
just want to confirm how lead impact works because I saw something strange today.
basically, I have a campaign setup with user frequency cap of 6 days.
so last Thursday I got an opt-in from this email address that is very distinct – so I remembered it. Then today, I got the same person opting in for the SAME campaign again, after 6-7 days.
So my question is … if we are bid on VERY SIMILAR targets or the same set of targets for a long period of time, are we simply popping to the same ...
