Is Facebook ever Ok with direct linking?

1. I understand about the geo retargeting, and the WOT score posted by Zeno in the guides.

2. I could do a bait and switch on Facebook with Voluum (after geo targeting is setup properly).

However that said, does it matter what the WOT score is IF I implemented number 2 above?

As long the geo targeting is set up properly, will Facebook care if the link goes straight to the affiliate link through your tracker?
