Let me preface this by saying I’ve been a Voluum customer ever since they were in beta (in 2014 or 2015 I think).

I’ve had my subscription pretty much the entire time, and now that I’m trying to cancel, I realize what a SCAM this company has now become and why you should try and get out ASAP before they steal your money (and possibly campaigns too).

Voluum was not always a greedy company. I know because I used to do a lot of business with them. I had 5 accounts at one point, 2 of which were on custom plans and playing $10k per month in subscription fees for the volume I was driving (the good ol’ mobile pop days). I had no issues under their former CEO Rob’s leadership.

But now since they switched leadership teams, it’s obvious that Voluum does not give a shit about their customers anymore.

They are just out to make money and will try to screw you whenever possible.

Sounds like I’m being dramatic ...
