I lost 5 figures this weekend when upgrading my server with Beyond Hosting. Their support team is horrendous and slow as hell. I have to constantly repeat myself in tickets. They take hours to respond. They tend to get petty on emails. And I suspect they’re continuing to fuck with my server so they don’t lose my business (ie, being real slow to change the settings to redirect to my new server).
