How do I proceed with this campaign?

Hello STM,

I’m running a campaign on a tier 2 country (is Ireland tier 2?) and it’s getting very low volume. I’m only spending about 2-3 dollars per day and it’s close to break even. Thing is I have no clue on how to “Optimize” the campaign.

As one forum mod suggested, I’m going to reveal my campaign details to get better help from you all. Here’s what I’m working with….
