Facebook Sweeps & Pins Whitehat

Hello all!

I am getting very mixed messages about running Pin submits and sweeps whitehat on Facebook such as Win Gift Card or Win iPhone.

I’ve read some posts on here that say that its a death to your FB account and others say they have done it for awhile.

Which one is the verdict?? I would like to run Pins or Sweeps but don’t want my account banned because of false info.

P.S. If the answer is NO (Cannot run) , what is the way to do it??
