Are there any good AMs out there? Need advice!

This is a question and a rant at the same time. Ever since i started my aff marketer journey and i have interacted with some AMs i have only found one manager who seems real and is always around. All the rest of them are either not around, ignore people, give wrong info or just straight up done care.

Does it get better with time, or i just gotta keep going and things would get better? I dont know i have all this energy inside of me to get ahead and it seems like the managers that i have inte ...
