An Exit Pop Script that Redirect Users When They Choose to Exit?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for an exit pop script that shows a message (like the usual exit pop) and then as the user chooses to exit my current landing page, he/she will get redirected to another URL of my choice (Unlike the usual exit pop in which the user will not be forced to visit my URL if they click the EXIT PAGE button & is only force to visit my URL when they choose the option STAY ON PAGE).
