I noticed broad category targeting has ‘Mobile’ in it…

So is this mobile traffic OR people who’ve been segmented as mobile phone users? I did a small test to see if its all mobile traffic and I expected to see the little mobile phone icon in prosper, but this is what I got:

But I’m still confused about this….does anyone know?? :confused:
