I’m guessing there are a few of us around here with irregular sleep schedules/ have trouble falling asleep from time to time. Here’s a trick I learned about recently:

I wasn’t expecting much but it actually worked for me. Usually takes about 2-3 sets before I get knocked out. No harm giving it a go if poor sleep quality is impacting your productivity 🙂
