China – How to tackle a behemoth?

Hi guys,

I’m interested in exploring the China geo for some low-level type stuff – mobile app installs, games, etc.

China appeals to me because I used to live there, can remember basic Mandarin, and buy/import Chinese-made stuff to sell in Australia. That and the fact that everyone says it’s a very hot market but not TOO saturated yet.

On the other hand China is freaking INTIMIDATING as hell because it’s so BIG. Like, there must be a gazillion Chinese affiliates who all know their native mar ...
