Do you monitor your graphic design VAs? Is it a flag if they refuse monitoring?

Hey guys,

I am just about to hire my first full time outsourced worker from onlinejobs.ph. I was about to hire this guy for banner/lander work and everything seemed great until I asked him “Do you have any issue with employee monitoring software?”. He replied “I don’t like that, sir. It invades my privacy.”
