Too Much CASH – too little good media buying opportunities (please open and advise)

It’s rare – but the challenge we are facing now.

I went a bit lazy lately – and although we accumulated good cash reserves, we dropped in media buying.

Where do I find a capable media buyer with experience of buying at least 150k+ a month worth of ads – to come work for me?

My target market is men 50+ and it’s challenge to get it on google and other conservative/with-a-bunch-of-rules places.
