Exoclick sending bot traffic or nah?

Hey guys,

So I recently ran a US RON traffic campaign on Exoclick and spend about a couple thousand the first day for testing purposes.
The conversions were MEHH but overall it was a loss obviously.

But when I checked in to my voluum account I noticed something weird.
Some IP addresses were sending me like 500 clicks, all coming from 1 ip.
Now this may be a noob question or not, but that is not supposed to happen right?
