As you know, crypto ($750 avg payout) and casino ($150 avg payout) verticals are very lucrative ones, however, most traffic sources don’t allow these offers.

So I have three questions in regards to these verticals:

1) How are the Big Guys promoting Crypto & Casino offers with paid traffic?

2) What are the best Crypto & Casino affiliate networks?

3) Is it only possible to promote Crypto & Casino offers (at scale) by using cloaking?
