40-day guide campaign setup questions

Hi all
I’m almost there after going through the guide and watching tijn’s videos (Landing Pages on Speed – Part 1 and Part 2 & Full Walkthrough of 30pd Campaign) but here’re a couple of kinks that still needs ironing out and I need help…

1) in the guide, how to set up landing pages are not covered. I mean, I’ve done the images and uploaded to my server but it seems there’s still something missing here…should I create a HTML file & include my image in it? What hypertext link should I assign t ...
